When it comes to feeling your best, exercises aimed at preventing injuries are the foundation. At Train-X we believe that injury prevention training should be integrated into every workout plan to keep our members feeling and performing their best.
Recovery
We all work hard and our bodies deserve a break every now and then. Train-X utilizes professional level recovery modalities, such as Normatec and Red Light Therapy, to help everyone come back every day and perform their best.
Remote Training
Unfortunately, not everyone can come to us. Plus getting fitness equipment for the home is easier than ever. For those individuals we have our remote training memberships. These programs take your goals into account to create month long routines to set you up for success.
